Goulton Beck is a special place for our lodge owners, offering peace and tranquility in an exclusive gated community within a stone’s throw of local amenities in Northallerton. It is located at the foot of the Cleveland Hills and on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, in the perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life offering some great local walks and natural attractions. Our park also sits around 15 minutes drive from the picturesque market town of Yarm, making it the perfect afternoon trip from your holiday home.
Owner only park
You can rest assured that all of our lodges are privately owned with no subletting or rentals. Come and join our small and friendly community of owners who share your love of the great outdoors and who value the relaxing lifestyle that the park offers. We know that personal safety is a concern for lots of potential customers when buying a holiday home and our park is a gated community with only 18 lodges on site.
Recent park investment
As part of our luxury development scheme we have recently invested in extensive landscaping of the park in order to create a sanctuary for our owners during their stay; including bringing in more trees and plants and excavating the small beck which runs through the park providing more tranquility for our guests. We are also licensed members of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association, the national organisation which represents holiday, residential and touring pitches across the UK, and we’ve been in the leisure industry for many years, so you know you’re in good hands.
